GBGreat location and comfortable (plus large) accommodation. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a real luxury when traveling in a group.
Flat was great. There were some signs of wear and marks on the carpet (probable iron mark) and the fabric on the dining room chairs but the apartment felt clean and was very comfortable.

GBGBWe liked the location and the amount of space in the apartment.
Well, the windows are super thing so prepare to be cold and, woken throughout the evening with people talking etc. also you can hear anyone and everyone above and below walking/ talking. The kitchen was hard to navigate and we ended up eating out as it just wasn’t working. The beds were really uncomfortable and there were a few parts of the place that needed refreshing. Apart from that, the host we feel could do with a refresher in customer service. The apartment sleeps 6 people and so we booked on the basis myself and a friend or two could use it as a hub after a night out as we all live outside of Birmingham however around 10pm on the Friday night the host rang my personal number, demanding I left the property, because there was noise and over 10 people in the property,and using condescending language and swearing. I had to calm her down to advise that either what she was told was a lie by her source or an attempt to keep our deposit as she made clear, she was going to keep. We had 6 people in the apartment for 1 hour to get taxis to our destination and this caused ongoing issues, I was on the phone for 25 mins approx to her to keep the apartment and then they text whilst we were out to drive anxiety to tell me in effect I was being watched by other people in the residence. Unfortunately we had booked for two nights so the second me and my friend spent in fear that making any noise she would take our deposit. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As someone that has statues in apartments all over the city. You can do better and this ain’t worth the hassle.

Not having hot water for a day due to a fault with the boiler. The noise from outside in the early hours, as couple of clubs nearby and no double glazing.
GBBeautiful and very clean apartment. Booked on behalf of 3 of my colleagues and had no complaints at all. Will definitely book again when in the area.
