IEThe property is very spacious and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. It was very comfortable and clean. The manager was very helpful and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. The instructions were very clear and she checked in to make sure everything was ok.
GBThe apartment itself is nice, but security deposit taken, which was problematic to get back.
Please be aware the owners request a security deposit of £250 prior to releasing the key access details that is not mentioned in the apartment listing, but is requested after you have paid for the stay. I had to chase to request the return of the security deposit 10 days later. The owner said they’d not contacted me as they’d been away and said they were taking the deposit. They ended up taking £75 from the deposit although the property was left in a good state. And claimed it is in the T&Cs that they can hold onto the entire deposit if they are retaining some. I asked for a copy of these T&Cs and tit were never supplied. They also sent a fake invoice for an additional cleaning fee. I have reported this and would urge others to take care as this person will steal money out of your security deposit.
GBVery spacious and comfortable. Nicely presented and very quiet given it is a city centre apartment. Three double bedrooms and three separate bathrooms make it ideal for parties of six. The living room and dining area and large kitchen facility also make it ideal for a larger party. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed staying there.

GBthe spaciousness of the living area and bedrooms. Very nice having ensuites for each bedroom. Beds were comfortable but relied on 3 couples. We would definitely book again for business trip if there were 2 x singles in rooms which could be pushed together for doubles or used by 2 different individuals sharing a room.
Heating would not work so we were a bit cold. The issue wasn't solved Lack of cooking utensils - like cheese grater / garlic crush etc and lack of saucepans.
IELovely large, bright and clean apartment just a short stroll from Birmingham city centre. Plenty of room for 6 people, lots of nice touches like hand-wash and lotion, nice shampoo and conditioner, even a chocolate on your pillow on arrival 😊 Staff were very friendly and helpful, instructions for arrival and check-in were very simple, safety deposit was refunded quickly.
The kitchen taps were a little confusing, I'm still not sure but I think the tap labelled for hot water is actually the cold one 😬 Would have been great to have a tea pot but now I'm just being picky!
