Very responsive host and nice online check-in setup. Very nice place and neighborhood with safe parking spot. Many fun and enjoyable pool games. Comfortable and stress free stay.

Stain marks Broken leg on pool table. The toilets didn't always flush correctly. Needed multiple attempts. Broken iron table.

Property lacked (i) sufficient cutlery; (ii) full set of dining room chairs that weren't broken; (iii) cloths or tea towels; (iv) plug for basins; and (v) lack of spare toilet rolls. Importantly the website states two bathrooms which is not correct, one bathroom and one downstairs toilet.

As we arrived the house smelt of Marajuana and there were stains on the wall. The bathroom lock was broken and a lice fell from the ceiling.

As we arrived we were asked to pay an unexpected £350 deposit. There were cigarettes under the beds as well as mould on the wall. It felt like we was walking into the Amazon Rainforest. The amazing pool table shown on the pictures was also on its last legs.

Fantastic location 5-10 mins uber from most places we needed to go. The house was a great size for us all beds were extremely comfortable. Great shower Had everything that you needed for a little stay Pete and Tee were very accommodating. If I had an issue they were very quick with a response made the stay even more better. Highly recommend. Would 100% go back and we plan too in the coming months.

Can't really say we didn't like anything. It was pretty much perfect for 4 lads going on a football trip. Few very minor issues but you find minor issues in most places but overall worth the stay and worth the money.

Everything about this property is poor it smells it's dirty bedding was creased holes in the walls no head boards to the bed Bathroom door hanging of Really poor Sofa and pillows smelt Very poor we couldn't stay they and left after two hours

Great location for the etihad or co op arena. Staff friendly and happy to help! Outdoor area and living area great for groups. Beds were comfy and space in each room to hang up clothes.

Apartment wasn’t cleanest, dirt on sink when we arrived and carpets weren’t hoovered well (hidden by bed). Radiator was leaking when we arrived so slippy floor. Bins were full outside the house also so we weren’t able to put our rubbish away. Chairs around table were also damaged.
