Kruger Park Lodge Unit No 441 with Private Pool

Het park ziet er keurig uit. Alles wordt goed onderhouden. Na een behoorlijke storm en regenval, afgelopen dinsdag, werd er de volgende dag onmiddellijk actie ondernomen om het zwembad te reinigen en overtollige bladeren en takken op het gehele park op te ruimen. Perfect.

Van het aanrechtblad was een behoorlijk stuk afgebroken bij de wasbak. Op meerdere plaatsen sloten de kasten slecht en in de woonkamer was er een deur waarvan de scharnier volledig los hing. De airco in de woonkamer is stuk. Werd gelijk actie ondernomen en er was snel een techneut aanwezig om het probleem op te lossen. Helaas was dit van korte duur en de volgende dag deed de airco het weer niet. Dit wederom gemeld. Mijn kleinzoon liep op blote voeten door het huis en zijn voeten waren pikzwart, m.a.w. de vloer een keer goed nat soppen.

The place smelt old and woody and when the electricity went off we had no stove but it was manageable. however the kitchen counter needs repair and the quality of dishes. it was dirty and required myself to re- wash all dishes before use. the ceiling also dropped alot of debris and bugs onto the beds was a little frustrating because we had 4 kids.

The property is located near the shopping Center and the unit is beautiful as advertised.

The phone was not working in the unit and more plates must be added in the units.

The on site facilities were fantastic, and in general the house facities were pretty good.

Disappointed with the lack of built in braai and no suitable replacement even when we asked for it. It turns out that the reason this is unusable is down to a fire that took place over a year ago and the didn’t bother to tell anyone via the property description or on booking, only once we had paid the final instalment and couldn’t cancel! On the first night the oven and hob wouldn’t work and We couldn’t get the heating to work and couldn’t use the built in fireplace! Not a great start to our holiday.

The location of the unit allows easy access to all the facilities the resort has to offer. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast at an affordable price.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious Friendly staff especially Aubrey in the restaurant. Food really good. Liked the wildlife around the property
