Stort og fint. Flott beliggenhet,og bra at det var gratis parkering på stedet.

Nothing the washing machine was running while we entered at 17.00 pm . The bed sheets, and pillow cover were not changed but used. we cannot find the clean bed sheets. finally found some but uncertain about its cleanness.

No window shadow or curtain in the bed room. Bad cleaning. noisy very old windows almost broken.

Overall, stay if one must and need loads of room - but we won't be staying there again. We really do wonder if the other guests who gave them good reviews stayed at the same place as we did? It was difficult to reach the accomodation, when we needed to comfirm if they received our booking for early checkin and for full housekeeping - which meant we can have ready-made beds with new sheets and that we didn't need to put the bedding to laundry ourselves during checkout. There were no ways to contact the property directly. Their emails bounced , and their phone number does not work. After many rounds of unanswered calls and plenty of undelivered emails, we had to contact booking.com directly, whom also did not manage to contact them. Finally, we had to search on Google and send them a contact form, where we finally got an answer by the property stating that they can not be reached due to the fact they only want to be reached via booking.com or chat due to "worries of miscommuciation". It was also not possible to send them chats via booking, only on their website's "contact chat form." They, however, only mentioned that they got the booking for early checkin but did not mention the full house service. Mind you, we already paid for both of the services ( house service and early checkin) 24 hours ahead of arrival time, something the property required. When we arrived, there were also other guests outside the building wondering how to get into their accommodation. They also could not get a hold of the property management. They were also really frustrated and had the same experience as we did. When we finally got inside the property, the smell of old smoke was really attentive, to say the least, so we had to open the windows as the air felt very heavy. We checked the bedding, which had stains from prior guests - foundation and some body fluids.

Very beautiful apartment in city center. Few minutes walk from restaurants and markets. Private parking. Everything you need to cook, laundry and dryer

Host did not receive proper communication of our arrival, so the apartment was not clean as needed. But we managed the situation. Needs to improve this
