"StY was ok until this damaged got mentioned to myself via message not email but wats app took my deposit without showing"

The property had damaged front door hard to get in an bathroom door was damaged prior to entering check in couldn’t report it to the staff as number on booking.com was ringing out

They Nuvo staff have taken my deposit which was held by Hausa a firm owned by them like they trap u for taking ur deposit I had damaged prior to check in an they are blaming me for damage they say their cleaners take photos prior an after which wasn’t sent to me as requested to show the damage was their prior it’s a game to them an they take deposit off guest all the time hence y not refundable like should’ve known from there but no got given a damage property then get charged for it via deposit which has nothing to do with me I’m paying for their damage which I didn’t do as stated it was there prior to check in
