Great villa, Sea views, 20 secs walk to the beach, BBQ, 9 people, 5 mins car from Alicante city center, sailing club 3 mins walk

Everything about the stay was fantastic! The host met us (even though we got in late) to give us the keys and show us arround. We were also given a lot of great reccomendations for things to see and places to eat. The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Right next to the beach, right next to the tram stop, could not ask for more! We had an absolute blast here, and cannot reccomend this house enough!

The only negative about the entire trip was the weather, but there is nothing for that. We had a lot of people (8) and a lot of bags, so be aware there is a bit of a walk from parking to the house up some stairs. We had a two folks with minor mobility issues, and they managed just fine, but the walk is a few hundred feet from the parking lot with one flight of stairs, which was a bit of a struggle with bags.

It was easy to get the keys

We really liked the house! Cozy, warm, spacious rooms. A large well-groomed area around the house, and a big, pretty porch. Beautiful sea view, half a minute walk away. The house is conveniently located: tram station/metro behind the house. There is a train station nearby (several metro stops), from which you can get to Madrid, Valencia, and Barcelona.

Excellent location, across the road from the beach & right beside Tram station, a great house for a large group, (we were a group of 6 adults). Exceptional communication with Alex ( host) before, during and just after our stay. Alex always responded promptly with any query & was most helpful throughout our week.

Kitchen is small for a large group but was well equipped.

It is located just in front of the beach … very practical as we had kids and lots of beach toys and stuff ! We could enjoy our time on the beach up to later times (until midnight :-))
