Place was easily accessible and clean, the kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfy.

Bath towels were a little skimpy, and we believed this was in Lytchett, but it was in Upton at very best!

Garden could do with being tidied up. There was no info left in property, so we didn’t know about bins, recycling, etc.

Property was very clean, nice to have use of plates, bowls, cutlery and condiments in the cupboards. Beds were comfy and just what we needed after a long journey and busy day. Very accessible location with amenities situated very close by. Would happily stop again when back down in the Dorset area!

Good size and well located for Poole and Bournemouth beaches as well as beyond in to Dorset. Well equipped kitchen and enough clean towels. There’s a lot of extension leads but not actually a lot of places to plug a phone charger in. Good to have a washer and dryer, though the listing doesn’t mention the dryer.

We arrived and it wasn’t cleaned, but that was quickly sorted. The TVs have aerials attached but don’t actually work for anything apart from smart apps. For example the lounge TV has a single satellite cable going in to feed the aerial. A little odd and the reason there is no actual signal. If you have more than one vehicle you’ll have to park elsewhere. We tried to park near the shops a few doors down but were deterred by the mafia running the Premier store who like you only if you’re of a certain descent.

Lovely comfortable stay and perfect location for family days out. Very cosy and homely decor. Everything was clean and tidy, and the amenities great for what we needed. Loved having Netflix available so we could relax with a film in the evening. It was also handy having a shop nextdoor to get all the essentials we needed.

Had a problem with the shower resetting but this was resolved straight away with a quick response from the owner. The only thing that was missing was a mirror in the bathroom.
