Amazing views from the property over the beach- waking up to it was breathtaking. Lovely size property which has plenty of space so you don't feel crowded and accommodated the kids in the back room. The owner was very accommodating with the dogs which helped. the handover had so much helpful information..convenient location to access different places- felt very central to a lot and waking distance to porthmadog. The kitchen was well equipped for what you needed. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Wales

We would have loved to have used the log burner but there was only 1 piece of wood and no log store to get more wood to use.

Amazing location. The house was very clean and spacious, for my family of 8 (including 3 kids under 7), with excellent on-site facilities. There were also other extras such as board games, games console and key kitchen essentials provided, including a cake on arrival, which was a great gesture and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the advanced communication detailing local shops, beaches, places to visit, restaurants etc. which helped us plan our activities prior to our arrival.

Location

The place was beautiful and fully equipped, location was great too, we stayed as we planned a journey to spread our mums ashes on mount Snowdon which was about 40 minutes drive. The village was also close by which was convenient too as we were also celebrating our fathers 60th Birthday and was able to go for a meal out easily. Jane was also excellent in keeping me informed prior to and during the visit. Thanks so much!

We loved everything about our stay. Such a lovely town with the most amazing panorama. House in general very well organised, spacious rooms and more than enough bathrooms and wc’s for a bigger family. We liked so much open kitchen with a dinning room, lovely for a bigger group to have a dinner together. Everyone been complimenting the beds and pillows, they been super comfy. Thank you for actually letting us stay, it has an incredible and unforgettable experience, literally the house is a little gem. Definitely coming again. Ps. A massive thank you for a housekeeper, she being so friendly and amazing.

The view from the property was exceptional particularly as the weather was superb. Plenty of different areas for our group to disperse to, or all get together communally. Two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet was ideal for a group of 8.

The access up to the property was very steep, lots of stairs and hard work to lug shopping, luggage up to the house. Obviously due to the house being elevated it is blessed with incredible views over the bay so worth the hike!
