Omitted information in the offer that you need to pick up keys under a different address and that a car parking is not near the property. So before you reach the apartment you need to find 2 another locations first. The parking was supposed to be free but when we arrived we were told that the company had not paid a fee for the parking lots and now the guests have to pay for it.

The price. The heat.The shower.

Tons of impersonal generic communication. Parking in the middle of nowhere. Sleeping with the city lights because there were no opaque curtains, only translucent ones. Only enough sugar for one cup of tea. Apartment is right in the middle between two Metro stops, six to seven minute walk either way.

The apartment is located on one of the city’s central streets, close to major attractions. Everything is within walking distance.

Noise from traffic... The apartment is comfortable for two people. It has one bedroom with a double bed. The second sleeping option is a sofa bed in the living room, which also serves as the kitchen, dining area, and entrance hall.

"Would pick another place next time"

Very hot inside Hot water is boiling so bad that we need a sign stating it (it wasn't) Can't smoke on the inner court yard, which is open. Bathroom was not cleaned very good, especially the shower cap and drain. If you leave the key in the room, they say they fine you 70€ which is unfair considering it's not written in the initial pre-booking details. The text for how to reach the room is too detailed and hard to follow. The parking is too far and especially during winter you are discouraged to go there

Cozy appartment with all necessary amenities. Close proximity to many city sights.

Nothing is missing. Only possible improvement, thicker curtains since there are no blinds to prevent sunlight early in the morning.
