SAFETY This is NOT A SAFE PROPERTY. The apartment door locks, but the door to the main building literally had no doorknob. It was an empty hole that anyone can (and does) enter as they please. People loitered outside my ground floor apartment drinking until 3 am. I felt extremely uncomfortable to leave at night. Parking is a joke. The parking lot can hold maybe 5 cars for a 20 apartment block. The host advises to park on the street, but when I did so MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO. The safety alone at this property prompted me to beg to cancel the property, but the host refused. CLEANLINESS I killed two roaches in the apartment while I was there. The sheets did not feel washed at all, very grimy. The bathroom tiles were smudged with dirt. I couldn’t show the first night because there was a GIANT SPIDER on the shower handle so I was too scared to shower. I had to douse the thing in dish soap to kill it, no help from management. COMFORT This property is literally between an interstate and an extremely busy street. It was loud as hell the entire night night. I could not sleep a wink. In addition, street lights pour into the apartment at night, even with the blinds drawn. It’s pretty bright at night, not great for most sleepers. The mattress is thin thin thin. Very uncomfortable to sleep on Highly do not recommend this property. Not worth the already meager price

It was clean. Full fridge. Freezer. Microwave. Iron. Hair dryer. Awesome washer dryer combo. Liked the key code locks. Ramp to building.
