Location is good short walks for nice beaches, restaurants,bars, playgrounds

Glass missing from little window upstairs, if it’s raining you get soaked and if it’s windy is very loud Front door frame is hanging out inside with a nail hanging over it.. it is dangerous specially with toddler There’re cables in the kitchen floor in a little square hole which covered with the same material but you always walk in it…which can be dangerous. Balcony door still can’t be locked after a lots of complaints Downstairs beds are noisy Upstairs bed frame is higher than mattress it’s makes uncomfortable to get in and out from bed. Upstairs shower holder is broken out from the wall. Downstairs bedroom is very noisy in the night if you want to sleep before 3-3 am you can’t really sleep there. You have to pay for sun bed by the pool €5 each plus umbrella if you need. Don’t mater if you just arrive 1 hour before pool close you still have to pay the same price Overall this apartment didn’t worth the price I would not recommend it.

There was a very bothering smell in the apartment not sure if it is mold or sewer, got a little better when airing out but did consider trying to get a new apartment because of it. The beds downstairs are not good. They don´t warn you that it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and there is no lobby for keeping luggage when you leave or arrive, its also hard to access the apartment when arriving by car because you are not allowed to stop in front of the building. The sunbeds costs and you are not allowed to have toys or snacks. The balcony was small and got very little sun. There is also a lot of noise from the karoke bar close by so we had sleepless nights. We got no key for the thrash compartment so we had to take the thrash to the public cans outside the place like thieves in the night (emberassing) It annoyed them that we didnt have whataspp and they kept sending me texts about it and i kept saying just send me an email, very weird.

Location, restaurant/bar on site

Unfortunately there was a major problem with the bathroom on ground floor, the smell of sewage was sickening, we had to block the shower drain, block the door with towels but smell was still evident - couldn't move apartment due to no availability 5 adults staying here - 1 bathroom wasn't ideal also the noise in the apartment due to it being mezzanine wouldn't suit all people especially with children, noise on the street at night was also very loud about 3am

Smród z pod prysznica który roznosił się na całe mieszkanie uniemożliwiając spanie i normalne funkcjonowanie.

Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. Alles was schoon en hygiënisch. Aanrader voor een mooie vakantie op Tenerife

Bad smell in the apartment

Nice apartment with a good view, clean and well presented with all we needed for the stay. Nice and quiet complex near lots of good places to eat and drink very near the beach and shops too. Pool was lovely and clean, theres a bar for drinks right beside the pool and an snack bar too. Host made contact to ensure we had all the codes to enter and exit the building.

There was no mention when booking that there was 3 flights of stairs which was a bit of struggle for my mam who suffers with osteoarthritis. We also we not made aware that there would be a charge for the use of sunbeds at the pool
