Cozy and clean

Great location about a 3 minute walk (up stairs) to old street. Great shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Clean, comfortable room with a mesmerizing view, well-functioning AC, and a well equipped bathroom. One time I came back from an outing tired and overheated and the staff poured me some tea and grabbed me a snack. Great service overall.

A couple times I went to use the water and nothing came out. Wasn't a huge problem as it usually came back within the hour. Just had a problem with it when I got back from a hike ready for a cold shower and had to sit in my dirty things until the water was ready. Also, I wasn't able to head out of the city until the afternoon so I left my bags at the hotel after I checked out. They asked me to leave it by the water cooler in the lobby by the front door. Wasn't super stoked about that and asked if there was anywhere else I could move it for safety and they said no.

Great location. Awesome view from the room. Big comfortable room. Bathroom is great. Good WiFi, massive tv and good aircon. Beautiful hotel in an awesome old town.

Bed was a little hard and pillow was too soft.
