Nestled in a sequestered section of Jiufen. Good access to nearby Old Street and hiking trails. Run by lovely staff.

The bedding was slightly too hard for my liking, and the pillow too soft - this is entirely a personal problem though and not the fault of the property.

A room with an amazing, breathtaking view — very clean, cozy, and modernly furnished. One of the best accommodations we had in Taiwan.

As for the downsides — no elevator, and there are quite a lot of stairs, as well as an early check-in deadline (7:00 PM), whereas a different time — 9:00 PM was indicated on Booking.

The ocean views directly from the windows were beautiful. The morning breakfast was simple and light, but since there was so much food in the area to choose from a light breakfast is what you want. The Old Street like a minute walk from the property. So all of the attractions of Jiufen are super close by. Their lobby doubles as a dining area where one night we brought back all of our street food to eat together. I loved this cute hotel and will likely stay in the future when I visit Jiufen.
