Location, clean and well appointed.

Would be nice to have some tea and coffee, even if small sachets. Including some milk.

Parking not straightforward.

The apartment is well-decorated and attractive. It is spotlessly clean and has comfortable beds and a good shower.

If you are arriving by train and then walking around Penzance or using public-transport it is ideal but heaven help you if you are trying to park a car. The apartment is in a residential area where the houses have no garages and people quite naturally park in front of their houses. There are a lot of double and single yellow lines. Whenever we went out we dreaded going back to try and park, One evening about 10 pm it took 40 minutes of driving around until we found a place quite a walk away. If you park up and then leave your car you will be fine but we were travelling to see family and needed the car.

Location and the apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished, very clean.

The property was easy to find, keys easy to collect. The property was lovely, comforatble, quiet and well equipped for an overnight stay. The property was clean and furbished to a high standard. The living room was comfortable, the bedrooms large and beds very comfortable.

The description said that there was plenty of free on-street parking. No1 Penlee is in an area of rows of terraced properties. There is on street parking but there were cars nose to tail for streets all around. The closest we could get was about a 7 minute walk away (we did arrive around 7pm, but it was also like this at 9.30 the following morning). We didn't mind this but for others it might be a bit tricky and the description of parking could be a bit more realistic. Perhaps it would also be helpful to identify where the closest car park is.

The flat is very clean and spacious with two cozy bedrooms. Perfect location - only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very clear instructions for checking in and responsive host. Thanks!
