The locations of the property is excellent. With the parking spot near to the property you have not any problems with finding where to park, because the streets are narrow and overcrowded with stoped cars.

Location was amazing, there is a shop nearby, close to beach. Also has bus stop next to home almost so you can take a bus. Close to hiking paths.

Didn't like that our neighbours were renovating, although they were very nice when we asked them to stop.
