L’appartement avait tout ce qu’il fallait niveau équipement. Etre face à la mer était un plus non négligeable vu le prix.

Fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. L’appartement n’était pas du tout insonorisé. Il y a des bars en bas de l’appartement. Musique à fond jusqu’à 1:00 la semaine et 4:00 le week-end… les Coussins pas confortables et une odeur dans la Chambre … (pas du à la mer autre chose …)

It was really clean and nice, location just perfekt for people on short vacation, searching for fun. It's just everything there. Clubs/markets/beach/restaurants/farmacy

We were initially shown this property, however due to a large crack in the patio door and signs of forced entry on the main door we were moved to another apartment in this complex. M1F The only thing good about the new apartment was the shower, the kitchen was fairly well equipped and the pool area.

We were given very poor customer service and through no fault of our own had to move to another apartment for safety reasons. We weren’t given an apartment equal to the one we booked. The Ocean Rentals representative initially said she had an alternative apartment, then she didn’t, she then did. I messaged on several occasions as I wanted to check when WiFi would be connected, i received one reply and I was advised we had been told there was no WiFi. Most of my messages were ignored, we did receive one saying she would come to the apartment, and requested a time, however she didn’t come and didn’t reply when I messaged to see if she was coming on the morning agreed. Eventually I contacted Booking.com and they attempted to contact Ocean Rentals with no luck. We were given a credit on Booking.com, however this highlighted the total lack of support not the 24hr support as advertised. M1F had no balcony, no WiFi no TVs. The sofa was uncomfortable, the dining area only had 4 stools and a very small table, the bed was very uncomfortable and we spent most of our time away from the apartment. The complex was mainly residential and badly in need of modernisation. The communal area was poorly lit, my husband actually fell up the steps. All in all a complex to be avoided.

I had a terrible experience at these apartments. The place was absolutely filthy – the walls , curtains. Worst of all, the apartment was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere – in the kitchen, bathroom, and even in the bedroom. It was disgusting and made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The actual condition of the apartment was far from what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
