Loved the location and space

No aircon and way to few plugs in the bedrooms

I loved the location. The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw dolphins and watch the sun rise and sun set, even watch the surfers and a family have a sunrise Photoshoot. Location location location!!! Easy access to 2 beaches. We used Thompsons beach for the kids to swim, as they have life guards, almost private beach close to flat for morning and evening walks. Lady comes to clean at 9:30, which was perfect as we left to the beach at this time every day.

Needs new beds and more bedding. Cupboards are stuffy. The place needs a little TLC, very basic. Only 1 towel provided per person. So no hand towels and towel is small. So pack towels or request them to provide more towels at additional cost. We had kids swimming every day so we ended up just buying more towels. Geyser switch had to be check as it was going off so few cold showers were had. Old DB board. Toilets in the estate by Thompson’s beach gate were nasty, so heads up drive back to flat. Sad as the estate is well kept other than that. People painting, trimming trees and areas being cleaned. Need buckets in flat for sandy clothes, also bathtub needs an upgrade and a hand shower. 7 of us shared the 1 shower.

Some minor maintenance and upkeep are necessary, particularly regarding the outdated spring mattresses which made nightly bedtime uncomfortable. Upgrading these would greatly benefit the property. Additionally, installing block-out curtains for better sleep or afternoon naps would be appreciated.
