"A well-equipped apartment with a great roof terrace and views."

The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare light meals. The roof terrace was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our time relaxing up there, soaking up the sun and the views. The city centre was close, and there were local restaurants 5 minutes’ walk away. The agency was very helpful and responded promptly when we needed help.

The apartment had a path in front of it and at times it could be noisy when people stopped and photographed the view. However, this did not bother us.

Le petit plus le toit terrasse. A côté du centre ancien. Des restaurants a côté pour tous les goûts.

A côté d une discothèque donc bruyant. Je pense que cet emplacement est plutôt fait pour les gens qui veulent faire la fête 🥳, pas pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité.

The air con was excellent. Really lovely location with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Conveniently located near to buses with links to other times. The terrace was lovely to sit out on.

Adding a parasol to the terrace would be the icing on the cake.

"Unschlagbare Lage!"

Die Lage ist phänomenal. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.

Man kann nicht zum ein- und ausladen anfahren. Auf der Terrasse hat es keine Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen. Küche ist nicht optimal für Selbstverpfleger - sehr klein, keine Spülmaschine und der Essplatz etwas dunkel.

"Lovely house. Great for everything except a good nights sleep!"

Great views. Close to Santa Catalina and the Old Town.

The fact that the house is 100m from a Nightclub with noise and interference with sleep from 2-7am every morning, and that was a December visit with the windows shut! If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. If you look at the photo with the lamp post in the foreground, you can see both Moli 37 and the Nightclub door in the right-hand corner!
