ITL’unica cosa buona della struttura era il bar lì sotto per fare colazione,dove lo staff era super gentile e disponibile!
Per riuscire a fare il check-in ho dovuto contattare direttamente Booking, poiché la signora non rispondeva ai messaggi. Ho dovuto insistere più volte per ottenere le informazioni su come accedere all’alloggio. L’igiene lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre, alla mia richiesta di asciugamani puliti (ne avevamo solo uno a testa ed eravamo in tre per un soggiorno di 6 giorni), mi è stato risposto che non forniscono questo servizio e che avremmo dovuto lavarceli da soli. Esperienza pessima, non lo consiglio a nessuno!
DEDie Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe, ist mit einer Grundausstattung bestückt, die Lage ist sehr zentral, unweit vom Strand und umgeben mit Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und ziemlich nah an vielen Parks, wie z.B. der Siam Park. Der Pool und der Balkon mit tollem Ausblick sind definitiv ein Pluspunkt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und man kann nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, sonst ist es viel zu laut. Eher geeignet für Party Leute und Nachtschwärmer. Die Schließanlage der Tür ist etwas nervig, wenn man sich damit eingespielt hat, geht es aber. Das Wasser in der Küche wird nicht warm.

The structure of the building is old, the lift is lack of maintained, there is no lights in the corridor, but the room itself was in a very good condition and being well maintained.
CALocation was excellent. The apartment was a good size. The apartment had large windows and good light. The pool was very good size and clean.
The apartment buildings hot water was inconsistent and very low pressure The electric key entrance system was frustrating and difficult to use. The pool area while clean was somewhat rundown with missing tiles and chipping concrete. The kitchen could use more utensils (e.g. bread knife) and new pot and pans. It would be better to have a smart TV
