Clean, quiet, easy to get there from the highway, private lockable parking lot. Not in the center but easy/fast to get to parking area in the city (good avice by Anna) ... all what we needed.

Anna is a very friendly owner, explained everything. The flat was comfortable and very quiet. The apartment has everything what you need. The big terrace is very useful. Supermarket is just 1 minute away.
