Lovely room, beautifully decorated, light and bright ( but with shutters against the sun). Friendly host and nice breakfast including home cooked biscuits in the dining area. Great to have use of well equipped kitchen ( though in the end we only used it for making tea). Quiet farmhouse, but easy half hour walk to Spello..

Easy distance to town. Very good space. Exceptionally clean. Marvellous having some space in the countryside setting. Excellent value. Breakfast with freshly baked pastries and cake.

The grounds were beautiful, peaceful and in a very good location with respect to seeing the sights of Spello Maria was a thoughtful hostess and helpful Our room was comfortable with plenty of space and the bathroom was modern. Parking was easy.

The offerings of bread, pastry, cheese and meat at breakfast were all pre packaged. There was fruit, but more variety would have been nice.
