There is no breakfast, but a fridge and a stove if you need to make your own food. The location was only a block from the main square, but reasonably quiet during the day and at night, so not difficult to sleep. Loads of great food & drink within 5 minutes of walking, and lots within just 50 meters. We loved it.

The light in the room was "complicated" and getting to turn off or on was somewhere between voodoo and luck. The stairs are a climb, but that is any old city centrum in the EU, but they are some big steps. Think about that if your elderly or disabled.

Absolutely the best location for staying in Delft! Right off the main square. Tiny, but functional. The woman who takes care of the place is attentive and very kind.

The stairs going up to the apartment are very steep. No place to hang clothes or put a suitcase.

Great place to relax or work! Clean, well equipped and amazing view. You can really feel the great spirit of the city center. 100m away there is a street where I always managed to park

Space was comfortable overall. Bed was great and loved the coffee maker. Located on a very pretty street next to nice cafes and restaurants.

Bathroom was very small and it flooded when the shower was used at full force. It was also very loud most every night until very late with the bar below. And when the Lasagna Co also below closed it sounded like a night club with music blaring nightly. Hosts were very nice but not timely in responses. Upon arrival we waited 45 minutes for new door code.
