Ubicación, espacio (tiene un jardín grande) y bien equipada.

Algo descuidada, convendría que tuviera cortinas o estóres en la terraza cubierta.

NO HABIA AIRE ACONDICIONADO

Las dimensiones del apartamento (muy amplio), la piscina comunitaria, limpia y poco frecuentada, la ubicación cercana a la playa, aunque es la de piedras, aunque andando un poco, la tenias de arena, la plaza de garaje(muy amplia), ventiladores de techo en habitaciones y salón

Necesita un mantenimiento y sustitución de mobiliario. Frigorífico le falta el agarradero del congelador, armario de la cocina desencajado, falta puertas en armarios tanto en la cocina como en un baño, los colgadores de los baños para las toallas, eran tornillo y un poco oxidados, el mobiliario de jardin, muy deteriorado (necesita un cambio , silla rota, cojines rotos, ), y cortar las malas hierbas. Una habitación con literas, que no usamos, los colchones estaban sucios y no dejaban abrir el armario. Habia un cuarto donde estaba la lavadora que parecia un trastero muy desordenado y estaba sucio.

We like the property in general, it is big and well equipped. The conservatory and the garden were amazing. Even while it was raining we liked to have breakfast in the conservatory seeing the garden.

The bed was a bit hard for us. The hot water doesn't last much and the ceiling light from the main room needed to be change.

I really like the space outside, my small doggies could play safely. The table outside for the morning coffee and breakfast is very useful too ☺️ The kitchen had everything you needed to feel like at home. And the location couldn’t be any better. I’ll be definitely booking that apartment again!

The shower in the smaller bathroom needs a bit of work as the shower head was difficult to use. It would be much better to have a simple shower system.

Location is perfect! It's nice to have a quiet space to sit outside. The Apartement has a lot of kitchen equipment and it was nice to have a washing machine. Aircon was great! But it was only in one room which is not meant on the website.

It was very bad cleanded and lot of things in the apartement are broken or short before broken. The aircon was only in one room.

Great location, close to beach. Nice bars/cafes nearby. Large garden for the dogs

Electric bedroom blinds only opened one third of the way up the window. Covers on sofa were not clean and smelt. Living room blinds were in a terrible condition and not fit for purpose. Artificial lawn was badly in need of weeding. Patio blinds were very badly hung and looked a real mess. When I pointed out these problems after our stay, the person I dealt with said we should have mentioned them at the time, I replied that if someone had inspected the property before we arrived the problems shouldn't have been there.

Plenty of parking in a quite area close walk to beach and shops
