Wow, what an amazing stay! From the checkin to checkout, Michael was an amazing host. It was easy to arrange meeting at the property to get keys and he was very accommodating. The house was great, comfortable beds and all the things you need in a home away from home - kitchen, washing machine, nice outdoor courtyard area. Plus some luxuries! Coffee machine, TV and streaming services, even had milk, bread and jam in the fridge for us. The highlight of this property is the location, an easy walk to the waterfront, short drive to table mountain and the best coffee shop only 100m away (burnt clubhouse - highly recommend!) Great value for money, fantastic hosts, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, what more could you need?!

The apartment was fully stocked with coffee, coffee pods for the espresso machine, a bread, jam etc. normally we had to go the the nearest groceries store to get essentials but we could unpack and start our adventure right away! We even had a "Sea Cat" that came to visit us. overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend friends and family to stay at Braeside 14! We were walking distance from all the tourist attractions and yet, tucked away in a quite area. The huge bed in the main bedroom was a big plus for us and we slept so well, the washing machine made laundry seamless.

Well situated to local shops & tourist attractions

Location fantastic for us. Nearby all the amenities. Easy to get around. Close to ALL TOURIST attractions. Neat tidy area. Peaceful and quiet.

:) narrow street, but u can easily do it .... if u a good patient driver. Quiet inner roads. Not a lot of traffic. Noise level barely zero. LOVED THE AREA. Perfectly situated
