Amazing place, only stayed 1 night wish it was more. House beautiful everything you need the place feels like it's in a old Fort with a marina and bars lovely atmosphere.

It is a new brand house in a very well located and new area, Royal William Yard. You can find there some many amenities, bars, restaurants and among others. The house is very spacious, clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this place for Families, couples, group of friends etc. This what Plymouth need more places like this, modern and with the touch of exclusivity.

Lovely property, loved the mix of modern and traditional features in the home. Everything was lovely and clean and felt really luxurious. The beds were super comfy and it was a great location - very easy to walk along and access all the facilities at the Royal William Yard. The host was very helpful and answered any questions quickly and effectively.

Nothing really. The only thing I would change is probably to have some curtains in the living room. The privacy screen was effective, but when sat in the living room it was like sitting in front of a mirror. This is absolutely only minor and wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

The management of property was great, the accommodation was modern, fresh and at very high standard.

I originally did not like an extra fee for security deposit BUT after having visited the property, can understand the high standard and need for this to be applied.

The property has large bedrooms and a smaller living space. Fully functional kitchen
