Location is very good and house very clean.

There was noise at night. Because of cafes very close from house.

The location was perfect. The apartment is as shown on the photos and it was very very clean. A nice touch was the water, fruits, crisps and wine they left for me at the apartment.

The bedroom apartment is located opposite a bar where many locals go to and the noise from their voices at night can keep you awake until the early hours of morning.

Super location. The host was very attentive , and even left us some snacks and fruits. We are a family with two small kids (5, 9) and we had a nice stay. For a couple the place is mor than enough.. Parking across the street is really handy (20€/day) as it is not possible to park in the street (residents only) .

Direct across the street from the bedroom (ground floor) is a restaurant. Which get very noisy at night until 1:30-2:00. We were tired from the day to get asleep fast enough... Not the easiest place to drive around.

Apartment is on great place and just 5 minutes from sea by foot. There is garage on other side of street and 24h is 15€. Host is very polite and helpful. Apartment was super clean, internet was fast and even there is Netflix available on TV :) I highly recommend this suite!

It feels like home, I really liked the decor and also very friendly host 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed the following aspects of my stay: the fantastic location, impeccable cleanliness, the host's proactive and attentive approach, their meticulous attention to detail, the thoughtful complimentary offerings such as water and fresh fruits, the presence of a large and high-quality smart TV, and the provision of nearly all the essentials, including cleaning products, sponges, and even spices for cooking.

Like many flats in the heart of Thessaloniki, this one doesn't have central heating. However, it provides an excellent alternative with two state-of-the-art AC units that effectively keep the space warm. Additionally, the flat's central location in a vibrant student area can sometimes result in nighttime noise.

Great location, cheap price, clean cozy.
