The accommodation was great and we appreciated the welcome pack.

One half of the shower enclosure door was not connected at the bottom, so wasn't easy to use. There was also a number of badly damaged floor tiles in the bathroom.

Great location. Good price. Clean as could be & well appointed. Terrific hostesses who were quickly responsive to questions & offered valuable suggestions re: Wight activities.

A minor plumbing issue occurred before I arrived, completely beyond the hostesses’ control, & they informed me, were empathic, & offered a compensation for the inconvenience.

"Great location"

The location was great, 2 minutes from shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat was very clean, well refurbed with a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge and biscuits. That was a great touch very appreciated. The flat is a great size large lounge/kitchen/diner, king size bed and large en-suite with shower. The beach is 5 minute walk down onto the Esplanade with great restaurants and bars.

"Lovely flat in a very handy location."

It was not obvious which keybox to open so I spent quite a while trying to open the wrong box!

Flat in very good condition, brilliant location (The Bistro round the corner was brilliant) for the town and the Esplanade. Being on the ground floor would be beneficial for some.

Location,parking, room sizes.welcome pack.

Cutlery and plates/bowls were not clean from previous occupiers. All used items had to be hand washed before use.
