The location and view were nice. The balconies were nice to sit on in the evening. Nice air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The apartment was generally worn. The furniture was very used and the outdoor furniture was partly broken. It was not clean especially in the bathroom and floors. We found it a bit unwieldy to combine a holiday apartment in a housing association with many permanent residents as there were a lot of unwritten rules about using fans in the bathroom and kitchen. There were also a lot of rules about using the swimming pool.

This was a superb 2 night stay on our way to Venice. The owner was super helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great few days. The location was and is perfect. Idyllically location a few meters from the edge of the lake with great views from the balcony. The facilities are brilliant, like home from home and the pool was great given the heat. The locals and other apartment owners where so very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this to others.
