Kondicionierius ir vėdinimas nenumalšina karščio, nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvo, itin maža dušo zona ir vanduo prateka po visą zoną. San. mazgo vanduo turi blogą kvapą. Nuvylė apartamentų kokybė.
