Too many steps

This large, stylish and spotlessly clean apartment has one of the best views in Praiano. The full length balcony overlooks the ocean and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the moon rise while enjoying a glass of wine. The rear garden is a very private and tranquil place to sunbathe and cool down in the outside shower. The kitchen is very well equiped to cook any sort of meal. With high quality crockery and cutlery. The sunbeds and outside furniture are perfect for its purpose. We were traveling light around the Amalfi coast and found all the small but important details were provided in this property. The welcome pack of items such as coffee for the coffee machines, pastries and bottles of cold water were very welcome. The Aircon was quiet and efficient, the showers were super and and we enjoyed the benefit of complimentary shampoos and body wash. We can honestly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Praiano. But be aware that just like most of the towns on the Amalfi coast, you need to have a few mountain goat genes to fully discover the town and its coastline. But this apartment is worth the effort.

The host was very responsive via Whatsapp and had someone meet us in an easy-to-find location, who helped with our bags and finding the property. Check in was easy, and the room was clean with lots of towels, bedding, toiletries, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to see water, bottle of wine, a tray of various snacks, and ingredients to make a simple pasta, all ready for us in the room. It was not expected but greatly appreciated!

I loved staying here so much. The only hardship was the location. 200 steps to heaven is meant literally so it is not good for someone who has a hard time with a lot of stairs. The 15 minute walk to the beach took us longer due to the steep incline and multiple staircases we had to climb on the way (not bad going to the beach but brutal when coming back).
