Plenty of space inside property with parking outside on street. Friendly neighbours.

Kitchen not well equipped, lots of items broken. Not enough glasses for 6 people. Had to buy plastic cups. Hundreds of shot glasses. Broken clothes airer that only worked propped up against table tennis table. Broken patio umbrella, had duct tape attached to it and very little screws. No welcome pack/information about Villa or area. Would recommend bakery in El Toro to other guests.

AVOID this place!!! 1. Advertised with Air-Conditioning - Only 1 x bedroom of 5 had a poor mobile air conditioning unit, 3 x bedrooms had unsuitable fans, and 1 x bedroom had nothing. In the early hours of the morning the villa was more than 35 degrees Celsius in the bedrooms. 2. The decking around the pool area was unsafe, uneven and with exposed fixings. Totally unsuitable for use and dangerous. 3. The swimming pool was incredibly dirty, cloudy and will algae all around the edges. Unsuitable for any swimming, a risk of infection and ingestion of harmful bacteria and organisms was high. 4. The villa itself was generally unclean and poorly maintained i.e. hairs in bathroom sinks and shower, no shower curtain to downstairs bathroom, broken/exposed electrical sockets, sexual accessories and dirty underwear found in one bedroom. We left after less than 12 hours in the villa (we booked 1 week), host advised us that the pool had been 'checked' the day before our arrival. Like that somehow makes it suitable for use when it was filthy, surrounded by algae and broken decking with exposed fixings! Still not received a refund, still not received my security deposit back... and stopped responding to messages. Absolute joke of a place, should not be on Booking.com or anywhere else. If you love your family, take my advice and avoid this house of horrors! We had to book another place to stay, at a significant extra cost.... overall a stressful and dreadful experience which upset our entire family and lost us a considerable amount of money and 1 x day of our holiday.

We liked this spacious villa and it's well kept gardens and pool. We liked that there was plenty bed linen and towels. The neighbourhood is very quiet but friendly. The supermarket and lovely cafe bars were a short walk away.

There are only 3 portable air conditioning units, completely inadequate for this large 5 bed roomed villa in the height of summer. We were extremely uncomfortable for the first few nights and concerned for our 2 young children and elderly parents. The agency gave us more fans (which were useless in the heat) but kept insisting the air conditioning was satisfactory and we should leave windows and doors open to vent out the hot air. We ended up hiring 2 more air conditioning units for the duration of our stay and did our best to seal the vents out of the windows. The villa itself is in desperate need of some basic maintenance (asides proper air conditioning) - there are multiple light switches that don't work, the intercom system at the main gate doesn't work - we only had one set of keys so this made life difficult at times. There are no locks on either of the 2 bathroom doors. There is unsightly paint flaking off some of the walls, a jacuzzi bath that doesn't work, pots and pans incompatible with the induction hob. There is an inadequate amount of mugs and glasses for the size of the villa and the large but temperamental fridge freezer which eventually stopped working was replaced by a much smaller one that again will be inadequate for the size of villa. The large garden parasol is broken and hazardous with jagged metal arms protruding. Two of the bedroom wardrobes were unusable due to the strong musty smell coming from them. There is an additional charge of 60 euros to use the outdoor barbecue. There are 2 indoor security cameras, one in the front entrance hall and another on the upstairs landing, neither of which are mentioned in the villa description. We would not book this villa again.
