The place is just as listed. It's located in a quiet and gated housing area so ideally, renting a car would be best should you want to get around as most of the touristy things are in neighbouring places. The property was mostly immaculate and came with some tea and coffee amenities. There is enough there for you to cook a simple meal should you wish to and ample space in the fridge. The bathroom was great but just take note the hot water tank for the shower is small so if you're travelling as a pair, use it conservatively. After several hours it was back up to temp again. Also do take note the shower pressure is adequate. There is a HyperDino supermarket (express and full size) just up the street walking distance with all the usual things you expect a supermarket to have. Parking is a real problem in the surrounding area (especially at night) so I recommending getting to know the parking areas around the property, there are a few areas you can park (all mostly free). You just need to hunt for an empty bay which can be easier said than done. Communication with the host was smooth and easy but facilitated the need for a translation app. If you want a base to travel out from, a quiet and clean surrounding to rest, and a private pool, this place is for you. I highly recommend it.

There was a smell emanating from under the kitchen sink which unfortunately reminded me of cockroaches (however there were none!), which would likely explain why the exposed bits of pipes were sealed off with spray foam to stop anything from coming into the property. I also found the pillows and towels smelled musty and off putting. They are in need of a proper clean/replacing.

Even with open windows air was not coming inside so you always need to use air conditioner. Water flow in the shower and kitchen was so bad that you need take a shower for 10 min just to wash a soap from your body.
