Excellent and stylish appartment in a wonderful location. Alessandra really went out of her way to make our stay unforgettable and to accommodate us (on arrival and departure). Her place is exceptional: roomy and comfortable, really super-comfy beds!, smart TV with streaming options, lots of storage space. Location is unbeatable, near the Duomo and Piazza Universita. The kitchen is cosy and fully outfitted. A friendly concierge is keeping an eye out and always available to practice your Italian. ;-)

A few small kitchen items were missing, such as a whisk and a bread knife. But that is nitpicking: induction hob, coffee machine (A Modo Mio), water cooker, oven and microwave are present.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Location was Central to Catania in a good area near lots of food options and walking distance to several popular squares for sightseeing and people watching.

I have no complaints about anything with my stay here.

Everything!!! This stunningly beautiful apartment has it all. I can’t say it any clearer. It is roomy, clean comfortable and extremely well stocked. The location is ideal as it is located just two short blocks of the main boulevard of attractions and just a 5 minute walk to the main Catania transit hub. Alessandra, our host was outstanding, giving us a number of dinner suggestions and making reservations for us on several occasions. And the places she suggested were spot on. We have stayed at a number of places on this trip and Casa Flos31 is clearly the best of all of them. Thanks Alessandra

Great location. Apartment is super spacious, with incredible views. It has high ceilings, chic and stylish. furnishings. Everything was perfect. The host is super generous. Refrigerator was stacked with bottles of water, beer, juice. Alexandra also provided me with, coffee, tea ,and delicious cookies. Place was spotless throughout. Luxurious towels in the contemporary, remodeled bathroom were much appreciated. Very quite ac in both rooms. Big screen, smart TV.. I would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

I appreciated the kindness of the host, the beauty of the appartment and the marvelous view from the flat. The location ,downtown, close to beautiflul sites was perfect.

Lovely stay in Casa Flos31. Beautiful, modern, well furnished apartment with all amenities, on the 4th floor with a lift, very close to Piazza del Duomo & the fish market area. Alessandra and her husband were great hosts. Had a bottle of wine, bottles of water, fruit, fruit juices & yogurts on our arrival. Tiny balcony with a table & chair to enjoy a coffee/glass of wine. Secure, dedicated parking on site available for a fee.
