Beautiful view, great location, easy access to the beach and pool

Rooms hot at night. Needed to use fans. Did kill 2 roaches.

Location was both good and bad…. Convenient to pool and beach but also close to public parking lot that gets maintained buy township. Monday thru Friday they would “blow” the parking lot at 7 am sharp….it would last till 8:30-9 o’clock most days. Luckily we wanted to get up early most days…. But definitely a nightmare some mornings if you were out late… pool was kept clean and push button passcodes made access convenient to all in our party of 6. Spacious condo but lower ceilings in kitchen area

Master bedroom bed was squeaky, even little movements were annoying. Lamps for most of house, hallway and kitchen only overhead lighting. Was a couple big bugs in stairwell that I’m told are common to Florida, asked maintenance to spray and he did next day. Door entrance and building could use freshening up.
