The location is awesome. Building C over looks the water. Just wish I knew we could bring a boat. They said boat slip rental was 45 per day. You do have to run hot water for 30 min to empty water heater and open windows. The city water has lots of sulfur so don't freak out. Has nice fishing from pier on property and fishing lights.

Would like for the room to list boat slip available and paid for when you rent room online.
