How clean it was and George was very helpful!

It’s a long walk up the hill!

Το κατάλυμα είναι καθαρό, όμορφο, περιποιημένο, ανακαινισμένο και σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε ο Γιώργος μας έδωσε λύση άμεσα!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή, πάνω σε ένα λόφο, και ο ύπνος σας θα είναι ξεκούραστος!! Μας έδωσε early check in & late check out, όταν το χρειαστηκαμε, φρόντισε για την μεταφορά των αποσκευών μας στην άφιξη και στην αναχώρηση!! Επίσης, μας έδωσε επιπλέον μπουκάλια με νερό, καθώς δεν ήταν εύκολο να τα κουβαλήσουμε!!

Δεν είναι ότι κάτι δεν μας άρεσε στο κατάλυμα...Όλα ήταν καλά! Είναι ολοφάνερο πως ο Γιωργος προσπάθησε για το καλύτερο και τον ευχαριστούμε!! Απλά, αυτό που μας δυσκόλεψε αρκετά ήταν ότι μέσα στο καλοκαίρι που έχει πολύ ήλιο και ζεστή, ήταν αρκετά δυσφορική η μετακίνηση από και προς το κέντρο της Ύδρας, επειδή η διαδρομή προς το κατάλυμα είναι σε ανηφορικό δρόμο πάνω σε λόφο....Όσοι άνθρωποι δεν έχουν καλή φυσική κατάσταση ή είναι κουρασμένοι, θα δυσκολευτούν αρκετά με την ανηφορική διαδρομή! Όμως, δεν ευθύνεται το κατάλυμα για αυτό. Υπάρχει η ενημέρωση στη Booking πώς το κατάλυμα απέχει 700μ. από το κέντρο της Ύδρας.

The host was extremely friendly. He came and found us the first day at the port and carried all our baggage up to the house. He gave us a small historical tour, many recommendations and helpful information. They also offered us some homemade cupcakes as a welcome! They always were very helpful, available and friendly. It was a pleasure meeting them. The hosts also let us stay a bit longer than the check-out hour since they weren't expecting any reservations for our day of departure, charge-free. There was also some bread, butter, honey and jam for us even though breakfast wasn't included in the price, water bottles and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was full equipped, we didn't miss anything! Everything was very clean! I've never stayed in a better place during holidays! The bed was very comfy!! The apartment was super lovely, spacious and very cozy! And the outside shared era as well!

Honestly our stay was amazing. The only small con was the distance from the port ; there is an uphill, but everything else made our experience totally worth it ! Plus a bit of exercise isn't that bad after all ;)

Location was amazing George and Helen were wonderful hosts Wine, water, food, breakfast, coffee - all were made available on arrival and george provided two more bottles of the wonderful wine for nothing! Mule transport for the cases provided and george delivered the cases back to the port when we left Totally fabulous stay!!

Beautiful place and felt very at home, super clean and a easy walk into the city.

Be aware of the walk to the house if use Google Maps it sends you along the wrong path and host said they would pick us up and showed us the correct way much easier!!!

Very cozy space, very clean, great facilities at the accommodation. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming, gave us lots of great tips of things to do and places to eat too. Would definitely recommend, thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful and cozy apartment at the top of the main steps of Hydra! The host was super helpful and met us at the port to help with the luggage as it is a bit of a walk up the hill to the apartment! They gave us really god recommendations on where to go and eat and was very friendly! It is one of the best stays we have had! Although it is a bit of a walk, up to the apartments, we enjoyed it! I really recommend staying here, and I would love to go back! Everything was as expected and better!
