Struttura molto pulita al centro della città vicinissimo al ristoranti a bar e generi alimentari dista circa 50 metri dalla chiesa di Santa Chiara mettre dista 300 metri dalla castello. Per quanto riguarda il posteggio dell'autovettura davanti alla struttura è con fasce blu mentre a 30 metri circa vi è un piazzale dove vi sono delle postazioni di parcheggio gratuite.

Wonderful guest house in a beautiful city. We had all 3 rooms so it was perfect. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed. Wish we had longer! We paid for street parking outside the front.

Fantastic property with amazing host , very kind and welcoming, the place is spotless and the rooms are very spacious, location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars , paid parking in front of apartments

Tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Wir hatten ein sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes großes Zimmer. Die Vermieterin hat einen Laden gegenüber, war sehr hilfsbereit. Wie viel Grad hatten wir auch? Glück um das Eck herum ist die Piazza Erno wo es auch kostenlose Parkplätze gibt. Die Restaurantempfehlung „Ariston“ war super.

The location was great, right on the parade path for Good Friday.

Be aware that there is a private residential apartment directly above the guest rooms where occupants were loud well into the night during my stay over Holy Week. When I reported the noise to the host via WhatsApp, she responded in writing that she heard nothing. I then walked her directly to the apartment above and demonstrated the noise was clearly audible through the door — which she witnessed herself. Rather than offering any remedy such as a room move, she became hostile and stated that Italy has no noise enforcement rights. This is factually incorrect. Italian law mandates quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM nationally. Her son or partner then became aggressive, pointing his finger in my face and demanding respect while I was the one asking for help sleeping. No remedy was offered at any point. I would not return and would not recommend this property. Additionally, the amenities are very lacking. One small packet of shampoo and no bath soap is provided. No refrigerator in the room so forget about keeping cool drinks or a nice healthy breakfast for yourself. Also the door must be locked from the inside with a key, which is a tremendous fire hazard.

Alles war super: Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit. Valeria ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Very clean everything was nice our check-in was nice the room is very warm and cosy .Our host was a nice man who wait for us and guide us to the place.Thank you for everything ☺️☺️
