Great location with stunning views out across the water and and nothing was too much for our hosts,everything needed was in the accommodation,lovely and warm,beds very comfy too,shower was hot and welcome after a day's walking will deffo be staying again very soon

Parking was the only issue if you had been out all day and come home in the evening,I had to drive around and park quite away from the accommodation but I appreciate this is nothing to do with the accommodation booking

Absolutely perfect. Livingroom/kitchen was way bigger than seemed in photos. Which was great as we had 2 children with us so extra space is always appreciated. A walking distance from everything you could need.

The location is great and the view spectacular. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The communal areas are well maintained. The beds are very comfortable with good quality pillows.

Issues on arrival around parking permits. There were none available even though they are advertised as included. I dealt with Charlie who responds very quickly but 24 hours later we still had no permits,after much toing and froing the property owner John said they were under the cutlery tray in the kitchen drawer, not the most obvious place to keep them. The day after we arrived the kitchen sink became detached from the work surface and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay we did escalate this and said we could manage without it. The shower temperature is a massive issue, we were unable to use it a couple of times because the water was scalding and there is no way to turn it down, a functioning shower is a basic requirement and this has been mentioned as far back as May and has not been rectified. It is quite unsafe especially if children were to stay here.

It was clean, comfortable and close to all attractions and the town centre, with all main shops being within walking distance. The sea view from the dining area of the property was lovely. We were also provided with parking tickets covering the entire period of our stay (5 nights) which was an unexpected bonus!

Loved the location. Great views and easy access to South Bay too. Really comfy beds! Best nights sleep we have had in ages!

We returned to the building many times to find the front door left open. There is a sign on the door, asking to make sure it is shut.
