"beautiful apartment perfect for our stay."

the property was newly decorated with new carpets. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a perfect place for us to stay.

in the itinerary it stated no parking so we parked on a car park 10 mins away and paid for 24 hours. when we got to the apartment there was a parking ticket. It would have saved us money if we had been told that. Wasn’t impressed we’d either have to pay £25 or have up to £500 take from our card for 2-4 weeks for insurance purposes. It doesn’t mention this until after you’ve booked.
