BONUSHKA 5*

3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음.

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

Good location and the new house

5 bedrooms and has a only 2 toilets. Air conditioner only in the hall. Bedrooms doesn't have a AC. Only 2 AC can work. When you try use 3rd one, circuit breaker is triggered. My bedroom mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. We had a problem with TV and ceiling lights. I stayed only one night and it was enough for me. I hope house owners fix these problems.

Big house, nice location.

I had a very bad situation with the host. I’m french and in every accommodation the host needs to register you as a guest, which this host did not do (apparently I had to ask for it which is not the case at all in all the hotels). So I had to pay a penalty 400 euros in total to national services: one part for me and another one for the host (ridiculous and not honest at all from the host as it’s his responsibility). I had to pay as I needed this registration paper to leave the country and did not have time to go with the process against the host and the host knew that and that’s why refused to pay his penalty. I have paid 1200 euros for 8 nights all taxes included and don’t get the registration! Ridiculous!! So as a guest be aware to ask for a registration, otherwise you will have problems at the boarder.

The house is spacious, offering plenty of room for large groups. The kitchen was clean and relatively well-equipped, and the beds were a good size with firm and comfortable mattresses. Although the location is not very central, it was easy to get around by taxi.

Thee check-in experience was disappointing. We had to wait for 30 minutes before we could access the house. I strongly recommend calling the host in advance to agree on an arrival time, as the communication through booking.com was not properly acknowledged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi quality was poor, and the internet connection was unreliable throughout our stay.

Overall it’s a good house where you can stay with the big group, but still need some improvements: sheets are too small, you wake up sleeping on the matras, no toilet paper etc.

We had the family reunion and rented the house for our meeting. It's a brand new house. Everything is clean and new.. The rooms are spacious. The location is good. The supermarket not too far from the house. The hostes was very responsive to all our requests. We had great time in Samarkand.
