- Crockery and cutlery not properly cleaned. We bought disposable cups, plates, and spoons. - TV screen settings and minimum English channels.

"Horrible Non-English Speaking Customer "Care""

The Hotel itself is actually good for that price. Convenient location, spacious rooms, average condition. I'd also like to thank the guy at the reception who welcomed us and appeared to be the only one person who spoke English and cared of us. Thank you, we really appreciate your help and hospitality. I wish we met you more often.. BUT, unfortunately, it is what it is.

Apart from that only one kind, friendly, helpful and English speaking guy at the reception (whom we only met randomly like 2 times in a whole week), the staff of the hotel DOES NOT speak English AT ALL! Not a single simple word! Note - if you don't speak Arabic, you are LEFT ALONE with any kind of problem or request in this Hotel. They won't even try to understand you or to use a translator, they'll just say - "Sorry, no English", end of conversation! What happened to us is - on the second day, the toilet in the bathroom started to leak and then smell horribly! This happened late in the evening (after 10PM). We were super exhausted and tired and as per our plan, we had to wake up super early on the next day. I called the reception, the guy at the reception didn't understand me, he came up. I showed him the badly smelling bathroom and explained to him that he has to move us to any other room because we are tired and want to rest and this is not acceptable. I even translated my request into Bengali which was his language. He said "Okay" and left. After 20 minutes, 2 workers knocked at the door (no English as well, around 11PM). So, instead of giving us another apartment, they have sent 2 maintenance guys to fix the problem... After another 1 hour of fighting with all the staff, we finally got moved to another apartment. A plenty of useless stress and time wasted. The staff has ZERO understanding of customer care. On the next day in the morning, we passed the reception and the guy who was present there translated a message for me which was saying - "Today you gonna move to your previous room because we have fixed the problem". This is literally one of my most horrible stays anywhere ever! Thank God when we came back, the caring and English speaking guy was there. He said sorry for all this experience and there is no need to move anymore.
