No.8 Studio

Everything was squeaky clean and brand new; central heating was working great. The location is 5 min away walking distance from the city center, supermarket or the park, very convenient. Also a specialty coffee place is literally at your doorstep: how cool is that:). I had a baby cot and had plenty of space to have it by our bed. It is really a wonderful studio, furnished and designed with good taste with everything you need.

However, of all the good things I have to say about this place, there is one major issue which, in our case, made the stay uncomfortable: dampness. I usually don't mind it, considering this is an old house after all, but, in this case, it was a bit too much, and it was in the bedroom:(. It could be that the winter season made it worse, as central heating was on, but nonetheless, in the morning we were all smelling funny:). It was strange as it was not visible anywhere but the smell was. Hopefully it will get sorted out as we liked the studio as a whole. One small note on the wifi as well, the coverage/speed could be a bit better.

The apartment was new and impeccably clean. Linen and pillows of a good quality (which is often not the case). Coffee and tea is really appreciated. Within a walking distance to the city centre (15 minutes). Communication with the owner outstanding. They even found/kept us a free parking place on the street in front of the house! I definitely recommend!

Totally unprofessional and rude staff: code for check-in was not provided in a timely manner until I asked for it You have to ask for the wifi code separately The apartment was rented for a family of 4, but there was bed linen for 3 and towels for 2, and there are 2 mugs in the apartment. The kitchen utensils are very poor. The apartment has a washing machine but no tumble dryer. The apartment is extremely cold in the fall. Owner called and yelled for a glass of wine left on the table, and trash in the trash can. Also, we had an hour of him being rude on whatsapp. He promissed to do a report for booking. I attach photos of what the owner snapped for and ruined the mood and impression of his apartments.

The apartment is really beautiful, stylish, it looks brand new, with a very comfortable bed, good kitchen, two flatscreen tvs (also with netflix). The location was great, about 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre, in a very peaceful, quiet street. Communication with the host was excellent.

Parking was challenging when I arrived - due to a major football game in the nearby stadium, there was absolutely no space whatsoever, the whole city was one big traffic jam, With luck, I managed to park about 1 km from the apartment, and then moved the car again later at night. So if you travel by car, check the situation with the owner in advance.
