Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such a nightmare of a stay. This apartment should not be listed at all, and the photos online are completely misleading. It’s shocking that management allows guests to stay in these conditions – does anyone even inspect these places before renting them out? From the moment we walked in, we were hit by the overpowering smell of mold. Wet mold clearly visible on the walls, dirt everywhere, including a toilet seat smeared with dark blue paint – absolutely disgusting. Zero attention to cleanliness or guest comfort. There was no duvet cover – we had to go and buy one ourselves because staff literally told us they wouldn’t bring one until the next day (!). The lightbulbs were yellowed, broken, or just missing – some even had exposed wires, which felt incredibly unsafe. There was a broken rod in the wardrobe, and the sofa bed was unusable – completely broken and slanted, impossible to sleep on. We tried using it just to escape the mold and the cold and noise of the air conditioning, which was installed directly in the bedroom window. This place could have potential, but in its current state it's an absolute disgrace. Cold, dirty, moldy, broken – this is not what we paid for. It’s unacceptable that anyone would think this is suitable for paying guests. We feel completely deceived and cheated. This was supposed to be a relaxing break, and instead it turned into one of the worst nights we've ever had while traveling. The management should be ashamed.
