Staðsetningin er frábær, mjög hreint og fínt, og alltil alls. Fallega skreyttir veggir með myndum og táknum. Allt eins og er talið upp í lýsingunni. Sundlaugarsvæðið, fallegt og hreint og mikið af bekkjum. Auka sundlaugarhandklæði til staðar. Gott að hér er bannað að koma og festa bekki og fara svo burtu í marga klukkutíma. Þannig að það eru alltaf lausir bekkir. Rúmið var mjög þægiegt. Rúmgott svefnherbergi. Auka sæng og teppi fyrir kuldaskræfur, sem við etum. Svalirnar stórar og snúa að sundlauginni og sólin þar eftir hádegi mjög næs. Starfsfólkið afar vingjarnlegt. Nick okkar hosts er alveg frábær. Svo rólegur og yfirvegaður og alltaf til þjónust reiðubúin ef við hefðum þurft þess. Við vorum tvö í þessati íbúð og það voru bara öll þægindi til staðar. Framlengdum í nokkra daga svo fínt að veta hérna nálægt öllu og samt svo rólegt og öruggt.

A lovely apartment overlooking the swimming pool and in a perfect location. Supermarkets and cafés are within a one-minute walk, while the Golden Mile and the beach are just a 5 to 8-minute walk away. Walking along the boulevard to Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje is easy and enjoyable. The host and hostess are friendly, offered great restaurant recommendations, and are extremely helpful. Public transport in the area is also excellent. You can buy a Ten+ card for €12 at the main bus station in Los Cristianos, which allows you to travel for 24 hours, and it can also be recharged. And a tip from us: take the bus from los Cristianos to Santa Cruz and from there continue on to San Cristóbal de La Laguna, and be sure to walk around this beautiful city.

We were unfortunately disturbed for three nights by a neighbor who returned to his apartment drunk around 2 a.m. He was verbally loud and needed about 20 minutes each time to open his door. Fortunately, he left the apartment afterwards. Both we and our host reported this behavior to reception, and most likely other guests did as well. We would like to emphasize that this issue was not related to the location itself, but rather to the behavior of certain guests, which did affect our overall experience, as we were very tired during the day due to the lack of sleep.

Struttura vicina a negozio, ristoranti e parcheggio di fronte completa di tutti i confort. Bellissimo terrazzo al sole fino al tramonto con vista su piscina. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in 10 Min.

Infissi poco insonorizzati e da rivedere il letto perché il materasso era veramente scomodo. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Location Good, Apartment Clean, beach towels provided. Plenty of Cooking/Dishware provided.

Only 1 Electrical socket in kitchen, couldn't make tea & toast together. Ideally an oven would have been great. Other apartments on the outside very run down, in need of repair, netting up to stop debris. When it was high winds the pool area was shut in fear that something would fall from damaged properties. Bedroom window led onto outside passageway, it could be noisy at times.

La camera era ok e rispecchiava perfettamente quanto mostrato dalle immagini di Booking. Anche la piscina aveva rispettato le aspettative e avrebbe potuto garantire un soggiorno piacevole.

Un controllo più accurato per terra e vicino ai letti sarebbe consigliabile, vista la presenza di alcune blatte. La gestione è stata molto deludente: già dal primo giorno il titolare ha fatto alcune battute su uno di noi quattro che, anche se forse in buona fede, avrebbe potuto tranquillamente evitare. Negli ultimi giorni, a seguito di alcune segnalazioni ricevute dalla reception, si è poi posto in maniera decisamente scortese, con toni aggressivi e poco professionali. In una telefonata ha utilizzato parole che è meglio non riportare qui, ma che non ci si aspetterebbe mai di sentire da chi gestisce una struttura ricettiva. Dei ragazzi in vacanza non si aspettano certo di non poter nemmeno parlare a voce normale la sera senza essere subito segnalati al custode; ammesso e non concesso che fosse successo qualcosa, resta inaccettabile la reazione del proprietario, che per episodi così banali è arrivato ad insultare al telefono e a minacciare di presentarsi con la Guardia Civil. Inoltre, i corridoi delle camere e la facciata dell’edificio sono vecchi e avrebbero bisogno di ristrutturazione, trasmettendoci una brutta impressione appena arrivati.

Host were very helpful and accommodating came to the apartment to fix tv and made sure it got sorted very clean and for a one bedroom apartment very spacious and also they let us check out later without any extra charge wil definitely book again

There was not anything to not like

Location was brilliant - close to local amenities, beaches, and public transport links. The pool was FABULOUS, always able to get a sunbed and well looked after. The apartment overlooked the pool. Everything was well looked after and clean.

The only thing is that the main bed wasn't that comfy but we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was very comfy.
