Arturo, the host, was wonderful. He was quick in his response to any inquiry and provided excellent information. The apartment was spacious, with 2 solid A/C units. The kitchen was adequately appointed, including a 5 gallon water bottle with electric faucet for cooking and drinking water. Pro tip : Closing the window shade over the kitchen sink in the afternoon will keep the living room much cooler. Several locations to snorkel right off the beach.

The bed was a little firm for me, but my wife thought it was excellent and slept really well.

Great location, easy to get to, just off of the bus line and close to some of the best tacos I had on the island. It’s located in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. The property manager Artur and his family were so kind and helpful. He helped me save money by telling me about the best places to eat and book tours with. Artur messaged me back within minutes whenever I needed anything! The unit is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Best service I have had in Mexico.

No complaints. For the price it was incredible value and service.

Everything, Arturo, our host, is awesome! We look forward to booking again soon.

Our stay was relatively short. Next time I'd love to book a longer stay.

We were disappointed with the property, especially when considering the cost per night. We are backpackers, so are used to lower standards but this property was very unclean; with gooey dripping down the wall as you enter, dirty kitchen and bathroom and even a ball of someone’s hair left in the shower. This place can’t have had a thorough clean for some time. The towels and sheets were clean though. It’s a 40 minute walk to the beach or a 10 min taxi between 80-150 pesos. I wouldn’t recommend this property due to it lacking even a base level of cleanliness and location

Very friendly and lovely hosts who respond quickly to messages. Nice big apartment with good facilities. Bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioning and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, large living room with dining area, sofa, air conditioning and TV. Well equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and everything necessary for cooking. The apartment was very clean.

The apartment is on the ground floor. There is little daylight. The lamps in the apartment are all cold white, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff/family checking you in. Answered all the questions I had and were very helpful. Room was large and had two smart tvs.

Obviously location isn’t the best but seeing as everyone hires golf carts to get around its not an issue.

Super clean beautiful apartment in the middle of the island with nice kitchen, a tank of drinking water, nice shower, etc. The friendly host responded super quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful letting us leave our luggage before checking in and helping fix a broken flush quick and smooth. 10 min walk to a big supermarket which is a plus, and there are also restaurants within walking distance.

A bit far from the city centre, which isn't a problem if you're aware beforehand. We got around by bus, taxi and golfcar and enjoyed the quietness of the location.
