GBGrantown on spey and surrounding areas are beautiful, been coming here for about 8yrs now, had a comfortable stay.
Blind in twin room broken, plug stuck in sink in en suite off double room, top of pole that holds shower head is coming off the wall, water not draining away in shower unless little white cup under plug cover is taken out, boiler not on when we arrived only for hot water, I always wash dishes before use, even though they should've been done but they had dried food on them, internet code doesn't appear to work, a gate would be useful so our dog is secure, we used the table on the decking to block the gap. Also the vehicles driving round the campsite, most of them workers (not the buggies) are driving way too fast, one in particular seems to think it's ok to drive just as fast in reverse, it was bad last year, its even worse this Time round.
GBBeds and pillows were very comfortable
The boiler was off and had to call maintenance- to add pressure to system, the plug in en suit was stuck shut, the shower drain was not allowing water to exit and tray was full, blind in 2nd bedroom was broken but was told you was aware of this and the toilet door was unable to keep closed or lock - your maintenance sorted at least so we could get use it. I feel if you advertise the property as dog friendly the decking should be included with a gate.

Tv kept shutting down. Toilet seat broke and even when fixed didn't remain safe. Lost day of holiday waiting for someone to come and sort problems out. Not very professional.

GBGBExcellent location, the caravan site is very peaceful, clean and located perfectly for the Cairngorms.
The beds were overly comfy or big, things kept falling apart, toilet roll holder kept falling off, hooks in the kitchen fell off, the fridge cupboard door isn’t fitted very well. But it looks very modern especially for a caravan.

Comfortable stay, bathroom small with little surface area for things and kitchen could do with a few additional items.
