Great Ocean Front Unit - Grand Atlantic 1002

Very comfortable and great location, the pool and lazy river were great for the kids being heated, they could still get on

It was spacious and lot of activities to do

The pools were cloudy the whole time we were there!

The space was adequate for my family. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom!

Property was not very clean! When we walked in the sliding glass doors were plasterd with finger prints and smudges. Ceiling fans in the great room and master bedroom were filthy, piled with dust on the blades. Sand was in my daughters bed when she went to lay down!! Utility closet was a mess!! I ended up cleaning the sliding doors and organizing the utility closet!

The room was so dirty upon arrival that our first day we spent cleaning the unit. I was not told about not being able to use the balcony till about 2-3 days prior to arrival but was told we would still have a view but we did not. The balcony was wrapped in white plastic. Was also told we would have access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub but also a lie. If you email them about anything they don’t answer and you don’t have a number to call! Don’t waste your time or money book else where!

I loved the apartment as a whole,but like I stated to them,I was not pleased with me renting an Ocean front,but I could not sit on my balcony after Thursday night when we checked in because of construction
