Staff boy managed breakfast and laundry from out side .

this is the true feedback of my one night stay in this so called hotel or whatever as no board or name was placed outside, the stay date was 20th- 21st Aug, 25...............The door used to stuck, making it difficult to enter or exit the room. The washroom was poorly maintained, no slippers. no glass, and no water was available. Additionally, the towel was dirty. ......Today, August 26, 2025, I received calls from their so-called official number (0336-3338726). The caller literally threatened me to remove my feedback. They had charged me for a double deluxe room, and I only mentioned the actual facilities provided. Instead of addressing the concerns and improving, they resorted to threats, claiming that washroom slippers, water, and a glass amount to services worth 50,000. I am going to file a report against this so-called hotel, as they are harassing their guests.
