Wonderful view, easy to find, the house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with containers, spices, and appliances to use.

Some of the containers to put leftovers in were not cleaned very well so we had to wash them before using however all in all it was amazing how well stocked the kitchen was. The only other thing I was sad about was in pics I saw of the house on Booking made it seem like it had the swing over by the river area and it's not apart of the house it's at the neighbors house.

Loved the architecture of the home, especially enjoyed waking up and seeing the tree top line in the morning. It was nicely furnished and we loved the abundance of lights which really made the home feel welcoming. It was a wonderful place to stay during the holidays, and we loved the proximity to the Sunriver resort and Bend, where we were able to do some exploring, including a visit to the High Desert museum and a hike at Rim Rock.

They need to call out that they do not provide shampoo or body wash at the house. I saw the dispensers in the master shower, and after I got in the shower, I was unpleasantly surprised to find out they were empty. There also was no hairdryer in the master bedroom - I had to look around for one in one of the downstairs bathrooms.

Ein wunderschönes großes Haus in toller Lage direkt am Fluss. Besondere hat uns die Sitzmöglichkeit am Deschutes River gefallen, morgens und abends eine einzigartige tolle Stimmung. Auch die große Terrasse bot schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selber ist komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. An einem kühleren Abend saßen wir gemütlich vor dem Gaskamin. Auch wenn es natürlich keine richtige Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit gab, war das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit dem schönen großen Bad und der riesigen Dusche toll. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus mit der traumhaften Lage am Fluss sehr genossen!

Der Gartenbereich hinter dem Haus war etwas ungepflegt, es gab keinen richtigen Rasen, sondern nur Maulwurfshügel.

The house itself is nice, the management was terrible.

We booked this beautiful home excitedly and unfortunately there was a heat wave and a large fire nearby. Neither of these issues are the flaw of the home-owner however, the house as no AC and the entire valley was filled with smoke. We could not open the windows to cool off the house, the management company did not offer air filters or ANY SOLUTION to the fact that we were stuck in an overheated - smoke filled home which caused serious health issues. I still cannot stop coughing. I asked to be moved to another residence with AC - and they said they would happily charge me for an additional stay at a different residence with no offer to make us safer, refund, or any care at all - we were out $1400 and stuck in a TERRIBLY unhealthy situation. I hope the home owner reads this and finds a new company to work with that cares about the people who stay in their homes. I am so mad, my throat and eyes sting and I feel completely taken advantage of.

Comfortable and organized

Not a dislike but one friend is barely 5ft tall and had to use the step stool to get into bed. We also couldn’t figure out to use the fireplace.

The view is amazing. The floor to ceiling windows allow so much light.

The radiant floor heat was not functional upstairs, and downstairs it was lukewarm. Staff had to bring space heaters to warm it up. Very disappointed the the fireplace was out of order as well. Bend in the winter is cold, things that keep the home warm need to be in top shape and fully functional.

Great location, right on the banks of the Deschutes river. Couldn't have asked for a more picturesque accommodation. The grocery store in Sunriver community center was close by and there good options for dining out.

The lawn in the backyard could have been better maintained. That was the only disappointment.

Amazing view and so peaceful

The outdoor table could’ve been washed off, it was covered in dirt and pollen. Also, the dishes smelled horrible, like they’d not been washed. Open the cabinet and the smell hits you.
